Our production plant offers an extensive capacity to manufacture anything from a simple display rack through to a full retail fit out.

CNC LASER CUTTING
With our in house laser cutting machine we can quickly develop prototypes, refine the design and then manufacture the required components. We laser cut all metals (mild and stainless steel) and plastics in sheet, tube and sub component form. Laser cutting offers the advantage of high tolerance accuracy, minimal wastage, good surface finish and cost effective production runs. We can work with your CAD files or we can program code from your sketch.
CNC TURRET PUNCHING
Turret punching can be a substantially more cost effective manufacturing process than laser cutting. We have an Amada 30 tonne indexing head turret punch with an extensive range of tooling. We can price on new projects or existing components and can use your CAD files or generate code to feed into the CNC. As we have both laser and turret punching facilities in house we can advise the most economical solution for your project.
WELDING
We have an extensive range of welding facilities including MIG, TIG, Oxy, spot, butt and projection welding and can hence use the most suitable method for your application. We can weld mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium in various grades and thicknesses. We can manufacture to specified tolerances, often using CNC machinery to develop suitable jigs and fixtures.
POWDERCOATING
We have our own in house pre-treatment and powdercoating facility enabling shorter lead times and controlled quality together with a cost effective solution for your whole project from the design stage through to dispatch. Products up to 4.9 x 2.5 x 1.6 metres can be accommodated in our batch oven. We carry an extensive range of Dulux and Jotun colours and finishes.
PLASTIC FABRICATION
Using our CNC lasers and routers we can pre-form plastic components ready for bending and assembly. Hence we can simply manufacture any quantity of plastic components consistently and accurately. Examples include product display boxes, display stands, shelving and other point of sale products. With larger volumes we can vacuum form plastic items. We work in acrylic, polycarbonate, polypropylene and HIPS. .
TIMBER FABRICATION
We can cut, route and edge band timber to your requirements. This fits in well with the manufacture of steel components ensuring all parts are compatible. Often for demos and small runs it is cost and time effective for all manufacturing to be done under the same roof. We can manufacture all shelving requirements, whether they are steel or timber.
BENDING
We have extensive machinery for bending steel, including two CNC brake presses (including a Durma 3 metre 5 axis 130 tonne press), a pan brake, sheet metal rollers, power rollers and mandrel tube benders. We have the expertise and experience to form both simple and complex shaped products. The method for a one off may be quite different to that used for a full production run and we can advise accordingly.
POLISHING AND LINISHING
We have both automatic and manual polishing and linishing facilities and can finish metal from a coarse grain through to a high mirror polish surface. This can be applied to stainless steel and also to mild steel after which it can be chrome plated. Because this process is performed in house rather than out sourced we take responsibility for the quality of the finish.
TOOL ROOM
Our tool room enables us to maintain our production press tooling and manufacture jigs and fixtures for your job in house. Equipment includes lathes, mills, drills and surface grinders. This breadth of machinery is ideal for manufacturing prototypes.
Pressings
We offer a contract pressing service with a range of presses up to 60 tonnes. Tied in with the press shop we have a tool room facility to sharpen and maintain tooling and can provide engineering support. We are happy to quote on short and long runs.
Sheet metal Fabrication
We produce a variety of sheet metal components utilising the latest CNC laser, turret punch and bending machinery. Not only can we fabricate to your requirements, but we can also powder coat and assemble. We can produce any quantity from one to thousands.
